Application Fields of MQ Silicone Resin
1. Silicone rubber field: Using MQ silicone resin as a reinforcing agent for liquid silicone rubber, the resulting silicone rubber products have a certain mechanical strength and high light transmittance, and the pre-vulcanization material has good fluidity; hydrogen-containing MQ silicone resin can be used as a hand feel regulator and an additive to improve tear resistance for addition-type silicone rubber;
2. Organosilicon Pressure-sensitive adhesive field: MQ silicone resin can be used in pressure-sensitive adhesives to adjust cohesive force, adhesive force, and initial adhesion;
3. Defoaming agent field: The application of MQ silicone resin in defoaming agents can improve the high-temperature resistance, strong alkali resistance, and foam suppression performance of the defoaming agent;
4. Release agent field: The application of MQ silicone resin in release agents can increase the number of release cycles; it is more ideal for releasing highly adhesive resins (such as polyurethane, epoxy resin, etc.);
5. Waterproofing agent field: The structure of polysiloxane determines that silicone resin has water repellency, and its contact angle with water is greater than 90°, so it is applied to waterproof materials.
6. Cosmetics field: Used as a surface protective coating, it can eliminate the stickiness of silicone oil, improve smoothness and scratch resistance, and enhance gloss;
