After the project is fully put into production, it can produce 50,000 tons of organosilicon products annually, achieve an annual output value of 1.2 billion yuan, achieve an annual profit and tax of 180 million yuan, and increase employment by more than 200 people.
Endogenous Cycle, Cost Reduction and Efficiency Increase
ZhengJiu New Materials is a subsidiary of Hubei Shengshengyuan Bio-engineering Co., Ltd. In the industry, ZhengJiu New Materials and Shengshengyuan complement each other. Through Shengshengyuan's demand and processing capacity for by-products in organosilicon production, it perfectly solves the problem of by-product disposal faced by most organosilicon companies. At the same time, liquid ammonia and methanol produced by Shengshengyuan, as raw materials for ZhengJiu production, greatly reduce transportation costs and storage risks. By building a sustainable endogenous supply system within the two companies, an endogenous cycle between the two companies has been achieved, leading to a qualitative leap in the company's competitiveness.
