- 107 silicone oil is a colorless and transparent liquid with excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance, high flash point, and low freezing point.
- It has a small temperature-viscosity coefficient, large compression ratio, low surface tension, good water repellency and moisture resistance, chemical inertness, and physiological inertness.
Product Applications:
- Used in the electric power and electrical appliance industry as a main component of insulating paint or a component of insulators.
- Used as a base rubber and diluent for condensation-type room-temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber, such as the base material for sealants and mold rubbers.
- It can replace dimethyl silicone oil and is easily emulsified.
- Low-molecular-weight hydroxyl silicone oil (25～30CP, hydroxyl content about 8%) is an excellent structural control agent for silicone rubber. Using it instead of diphenyldiol silane not only simplifies the processing technology of silicone rubber and improves processing performance (eliminates heat treatment), but also increases the transparency of the product and improves working conditions.
