- ZJ-560 is a colorless to light yellow liquid, soluble in ethanol, acetone, benzene and gasoline.
- Using silane coupling agent ZJ-560 can reduce the amount of phenolic resin or furan resin binder used in silica sand casting molds, increase the mold strength, and reduce gas generation.
- Adding silane coupling agent ZJ-560 to phenolic resin adhesive can improve moisture resistance and rebound after compression.
- Silane coupling agent ZJ-560 can significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties and electrical properties of thermoplastic and thermosetting resins such as phenolic resin, polyester resin, epoxy, polyamine, and polycarbonate filled with inorganic fillers, and improve the wettability and dispersibility of fillers in polymers.
- Used in glass fiber reinforced thermosetting and thermoplastic plastics, silane coupling agent ZJ-560 can significantly improve the bending strength, tensile strength and interlaminar shear strength in dry and wet states, and significantly improve the wet electrical properties. Product Applications:
- Used as a surface treatment agent and additive.
- It can couple two materials, improve the mechanical strength of products, improve the electrical properties, weather resistance and corrosion resistance of composite materials, and is suitable for fiberglass/adhesives, etc.
- Mainly used in unsaturated polyester composite materials, it can improve the mechanical properties, electrical properties, and light transmittance of composite materials, and especially significantly improve the wet performance of composite materials.
- The glass fiber treated with (containing this coupling agent) can improve the wet mechanical strength and electrical properties of glass fiber reinforced composite materials.
- In the wire and cable industry, this coupling agent is used to treat the clay filled peroxide cross-linked EPDM system, improving the dissipation factor and specific inductive reactance.
- Copolymerized with vinyl acetate and acrylic acid or methacrylic acid monomers, these polymers are widely used in coatings, adhesives and sealants, providing excellent adhesion and durability.
